Caffe Bella

Even though you may think the best Italian food in MA is in the North End, you must've not tried Caffe Bella. I have dined at the finest restaurants in Italy, NYC and Boston, and Caffe Bella is MY FAVORITE. I enjoy the fresh seafood every time (go for the grilled calamari) as well as the Zucchini blossoms when in season, incredible Antipasti dishes, and the rack of lamb which is tender, fresh and delectable. Interestingly enough, I get the freshest oysters in New England HERE (even though I live in Maine). Try the oysters on the half shell, the clams and mussels in the skillet, the soft shell crab (AMAZINGLY TASTY AND WELL PREPARED) and the nicest salads, olives, breads, olive oil/bean dip... just as if you were dining in Italy. I eat here year round and it's always finest quality and nicest service!
