General Info: Founded in 1948, Coco's Bakery Restaurants Inc. is a delicatessen specializing in pies and freshly baked breads. Based in Las Vegas, Nev., the firm offers baked pies, cakes, muffins, cookies, biscuits and more. It also supplies pancakes in an array of flavors, including strawberry, buttermilk, potato, cinnamon apple and caramel, blueberry and banana pecan. In addition, Coco's Bakery Restaurants Inc. offers hamburgers, sandwiches, seafood, desserts, salads, pastas and chicken dishes. The delicatessen even features an Espresso Bar with a fine selection of espresso, cappuccino and cafe latte.
