        Overall

        Horrible customer service! Purchased a new bunk bed for my sons, delivery was promised by Wednesday ,Friday at the latest and we were supposed to get a call if it was going to be the latter. We never received a call, we called many times, left messages, with no return call. Its now Saturday and we still have no beds!
