Sleep disorders are conditions that prevent a person from getting restful sleep and, as a result, can cause daytime sleepiness and dysfunction in their daily lives.

Internal Medicine
Elizabeth Morgan, PA-C graduated from Wake Forest University in 2000 and has worked in the Raleigh area since then. Elizabeth started her career in internal medicine but found her passion in general psychiatry. Recently, she started a doctoral program at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions to obtain her DMSc with a concentration in psychiatry. She has experience treating a variety of psychiatric disorders, with special interest in anxiety and mood disorders, depression, and trauma. Elizabeth has a collaborative approach to patient care taking into consideration the needs of each patient as an individual.

Dementia and cognitive disorders include conditions with different possible causes that can affect cognition (memory, thinking, perception, attention), behavior, and mood. Management of these conditions may include partnering with neurology and other providers.
