Okay to work with. Nice folks.

They are friendly and knowledgeable. However, that's only to make a sale. My mom (who'd known them for quite some time),purchased a washer and dryer for me through their layaway plan. Within less than 90 days, I had to call them to repair the dryer. Tom acted as if he were doing me a favor by not charging me. I was just greatful that it was working again so I paid it no mind. Not more than two months later, the dryer went out again. This time, to make a long story short, I went through over a month of trying to get the dryer looked at again. Tom made it sound as if he wouldn't charge for the diagnostic; but in the end, I wound up paying $35 for one of his repairmen to push and hold the button on the dryer for no more than 2-3 seconds and tell me, "It's the motor." Now, I'm no expert but I could have told him that. And, with the very detailed description of the problem I gave both the repairman and Tom, I'm pretty sure they knew what the diagnosis was without having to do a $35-30-second diagnostic. The repairman gave me a sales pitch which included the option of purchasing another dryer for approx $200 (plus delivery charge of $50). Or, repairing the dryer for about the same amount

I found new dryers for about $229 plus 3-year warranty of an additional $30 or so. So, you do the math... Plus, after talking with others in the community about them, I've found that there are plenty of dissatisfied customers/former customers out there.

I recently purchased a dryer from this business. And have had no problems. Even more I am happy it comes with a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. They staff was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to all.
