The most unprofessional staff. Poor customer service. They Lie. They do not try to help u in any way unless u are buying another car. Read the fine print. Get things in writing. I was told you get what you pay for by the manager. In other words if u dont buy new cars u are stuck with their maintenance problems even with extended warranty.

They treat you like your stupid and have no idea what what your doing. I guess they think they are the only dealership around. Save your time and don't pay these people to treat you bad.

great dealership, really took care of me. I literally wrote this review in the car because they made that much of an impression on me and my family. When I came into the door they brought me a coke. Couldn't close a deal friday night so Roberts Auto Center delivered a Silverado 1500 to my work and had me sign there because I work a lot. This is outstanding customer service.. Can't be beat in the tulsa area did me a huge favor I love it!

I'll tell you the short version of my story. Roberts Auto Center's salesperson Shane contacted me via phone and told me he could lower my payment. Well, I had done business with this dealership before and they gave me a good deal. At first, I was extremely weary but I remember my first dealings with Roberts Auto Center and they got me in the door. Glad I came up there because I did get a much better deal this go around

Gee. Where do I start? The young man, Dylan is a unique, smart and fast thinker. I loved hearing his explanation of the features of my purchased vehicle. Heck he pointed out features I didn't even know my trade in had. I had a swell time purchasin this Cruze. Thank yer kindly Roberts auto center

I'll put this the best way I can.. I'm a hustler all day errr day and these kats know how to do what they do.. I got my second vehicle of choice but I am happy i did coz the first just wasn't for me and instead of pushing me into the vehicle that I felt like didn't drive like i expected they showed me a second one before I even drove the first. After driving the second I realized that the Terrain is the one for me. Love my ride ill take a picture in it and update this review. I got my sat radio hooked up I recommend seeing james or shane

Impressive. They treated me like a lady the whole time and I usually won't go to a dealership without my husband but a friend told me about checking out this one.. I checked into it and decided to give it a shot since me and my husband separated and I no longer have a man to go in with me... Anyway I bought a vehicle and had it appraised it's worth 4,800 more than my loan amount. Had a 100+ inspection done and the car is in great condition. RAC can and will hook you up you just gotta be willing to make that drive to Pryor lol

Not too big on reviews but when a business operates within the parameters of making their customer happy as opposed to just making money. I'll allot the time out of my day to ensure whomever reads it knows how exceptional this business is. Roberts will definitely be my 'dealer for life' as their slogan says because their salesperson Charles did me right. Didn't force me into making a bad decision instead, guided me to make the right decision and saved me literally thousands of dollars. perfect timing to come across this dealership online. I visited their website which had a giant selection of cars.. By the time I got to their dealership the specific impala i wanted was no longer there. However, they did have another malibu just like it with less miles and it was actually priced better. They fit it into my budget and I feel ecstatic about the purchase and the whole deal. it was surprisingly fast considering I had to find a different vehicle. Nevertheless, it was actually fun!

THE BEST DEALERSHIP I have ever had the honor to purchase a vehicle at. Even though it's in podunk Pryor Oklahoma. The staff was courteous and knew a lot about their product. They sell cars cheap in fact I looked many other places for the same pick up and couldn't find ONE that wasn't 5 grand more than what I PAID HERE. GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED AND NOT CHEATED
