Poor customer service. I was supposed to receive a package with signature confirmation and a tracking number. According to the track and confirm online, it was delivered yesterday (2 minutes after it left the post office, despite me living 10 minutes from the office). When I called, I was told that no one could help me find my package, and to try back some other time. They have still been unable to tell me 1) if my item was delivered, and 2) who signed for my package. I wish there was a competent office that I could use...

I have lived in Provo for over 30 years and have used this post office many, many times. There are sometimes long lines, but I have always received professional, courteous service. If you don't want to wait in line, you might try going in the middle of the day when things are a little quieter.

I was in line for 20 minutes when some crabby postal lady approached me at the counter. I said I needed to find out how much postage would be to send my package to mexico city. She mumbled bad names about mexicans to me under her breath and told someone else to help me. I will never go here again! I feel like moving to another zip code so I don't have to do this again.
