I've gotten an emissions test and my oil changed here. 15 minutes each time. They're quick and fast. They even vacuum your car while working. The only mechanic I know that will tell you straight up what's going on with your car. He doesn't give you BS so you pay for stuff you don't need fixed on your car. It's a trick finding an auto mechanic that won't take advantage of someone lacking in car knowledge, but NOT this guy. He's a real one. The prices are cheap and they talk to your understanding of cars. Major key alert

I had a coupon mailer I used for an oil change for $20. He also replaced my air filter for just the cost of the part, which he discounted, and had me in and out in 15 minutes. No hassles! I was impressed!
