Cesar Santos

My experience with this dealership was fantastic! Cesar was the best sales person I have ever dealt with in all my years of ever buying cars and I am 61 years old. We went to Provo to look at a car at another dealership and I was not happy at all with that dealership or the rude sales person. I had written down Cesar's name down but did not plan on stopping there because I was a little sceptical of refurbished/salvage titles. We decided to stop and we did a test drive and really liked the vehicle. I went inside to find out details about the car and that's when I met Cesar and he explained the titles to us. He even had a before picture of said vehicle that had been fixed. That in it self said a lot to me. At that point I told him I wanted to take car to mechanic to check car out and so we did. Long story short we did, all checked out great. Only one little issue and Cesar fixed it, no questions asked. When on the way to deliver the car to us his guys noticed the air conditioner was not blowing out cold air so Cesar called me and to let me know and they took it back to his mechanic and they fixed that too no charge to me. I did my homework on this car fax etc.and all was good. I also did my homework (reviews) on Cesar and like most reviews some were good and some bad, but if you want someone that will treat you fair and be honest and up front with you go to Cesar Santos LLC. I do not give 5 stars that often but this place and Cesar definitely deserve it! This car was for my granddaughter I will be returning for a car for myself in the near future.
