Swedish Massage

Deep Tissue Massage
We offer both deep pressure and deep tissue massage. These terms are often used interchangeably, but they are very different. Deep pressure is simply increased massage pressure. This request can be made to your therapist at any time during your session. Deep tissue refers to work on deeper muscles that is often uncomfortable and sometimes painful during and after the session. You and your therapist will determine which is appropriate for your needs

His professional training encompasses a wide range of modalities in therapeutic massage and healing techniques, including injury rehabilitation, Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy, myopathic muscular therapy, sports massage, shiatsu, reflexology, infant massage, and Zen myotherapy. Giuseppe Cittadino, LMT is a fully licensed and nationally certified massage therapist. He was born in Italy and has been living in the United States for the past 20 years. Giuseppe has more than 15 years of training in the Asian arts, including martial arts and their philosophy, Chinese herbology, acupressure, shiatsu, and Buddhist philosophy. These interests led him to want to expand his knowledge to include therapeutic touch. Giuseppe has a genuine desire to heal people through massage therapy, incorporating his deep belief in the mind-body-spirit connection, along with his experience in the Asian arts and his considerable knowledge of anatomy and physiology. He specializes in deep tissue, relaxation, and rehabilitation massage.
Acupuncture
For most of her life she dealt with chronic pain and feeling unwell. By her mid 20s she had been diagnosed with multiple autoimmune disorders and a variety of other conditions. After realizing how much of an impact her health was having on not only her life, but also her child, April started doing some research on alternative care and decided to give it a try. She booked massage therapy, acupuncture, and chiropractic appointments—and it wasn't long before she started getting relief. She felt healthier than she had in years and today is medication free!
