Owner Jim Ingalls began his building career as a carpenter working for a general contractor in Montana. When the opportunity to move to Poulsbo came up in the early 70's, Jim and his family moved to Kitsap County. Kitsap-Trident Homes, Inc was established in 1978 and has been serving the Poulsbo and surrounding area for over 30 years. Justin Ingalls joined his father in the business in 1999 upon gradutation from WSU with a degree in Business. He has worked in all phases of the building industry and is very active in the Homebuilder's Association of Kitsap County. Kitsap-Trident Homes, Inc has provided many types of housing such as affordable homes for the first time home buyer, duplexes, multi-family projects and high end, custom homes. Over the years, the company has developed building sites ranging from single family lots to five acre tracts. We have also been involved in several commercial building projects and remodels in Kitsap County. Building quality homes requires more than a great builder ; it requires the combined efforts of knowledgeable staff and subcontractors and an involved homeowner. Jim and Justin offer a hands-on management style and are involved on a daily basis with the building of your dream home. As a client, you will be guided and encouraged to offer suggestions and make the important decisions during construction. They will be at your side throughout the entire building process to make your experience an enjoyable one.
