The associates are so rude, they don’t seem to care & aren’t helpful at all, they are crazy expensive and it takes forever to receive the items you purchase. Highly do not recommend even stepping foot into this place.

My experience with the staff has been very inconsistent. I brought my bridesmaids here to look at dresses and in that first visit, staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. They gave us a discount on the dress if we paid the alterations, which they did. We left there very happy, as we picked out the perfect dress. They said the dresses were to br ready in late January. When we called to schedule fittings, they said they weren't ready until March (the wedding was in April!) This is when the service flipped to an extreme parallel. Anytime we would call they would give unexpected attitude, with one man on the phone saying "They will be ready when they are ready!". We were all so surprised and actually hurt by the service we got. When the dresses came in (3 weeks before wedding) they tried to charge them for alterations, even though they already paid. Lastly, one bridesmaid needed hers mailed to her. She called a week after they arrived, and they said it was mailed. She called a week later because it hadn't arrived, and they admitted it was still at the store. They then over night delivered it. I really wanted to write these people a posative review based on their initial service, but the end result was too damaged and stress-induced for me to do that. Find another place for important garments.

I recently got married in 2009 and choose to purchase my gown at the Town Shop. The dress I tried on was beautiful and I purchased my dress that day. The staff was helpful. The next 3 times I went in (to look at bridesmaids dresses, flowers girl dresses, and go for my fitting) they were EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. When I received my ordered dress it did not fit and needed many alterations. I decided to go with other vendors because of this unnecessary stress.

Horrible service – a few of the sales people were rude and disrespectful. We stopped in and said we would only take a minute. A sales lady offered for the bride to be to look at the book. Within a minute the manager came stomping over and kicked us out – 10 minutes before closing time. The bride to be was just setting up a better time to come back – but we’ll find a better place who will treat their customers properly.
