No communication with Bill.....just all negative.....it has been our goal doing business that we want total customer satisfaction. Not just be unhappy and not talk to the owner to make things right....sorry this customer took this approach....just not fair to me or the business I spent 45 building....happy to meet this person and discuss this.......

Don't trust them ....they will scam you

You could find a better auctioneer for an estate sale. If you are cleaning out a house, you will get a list of just around half of the items taken and the list will be so illegible you couldn't question any of it if you wanted to. Once the house is emptied there is no getting any items back if something is taken that wasn't supposed to be. Neither Bill or his "crew" follow directions, so if you want something done a certain way forget about it. The crew seems like they were picked up right off the street. Nothing is inventoried ahead of time, just taken and loaded up. In the end you'll get basically a ballpark value on contents taken. Overall a very disorganized operation and you'll be left questioning what happened in the end.
