        One of the best experiences I had with repair. I used to repair TVs myself about 18 years ago so I understand the process. My TVs power supply was bad and they trouble shoot and repaired my TV all in my house!!! I hope people will support people like this company and support them to stay open. Another way to fight consumption in mass and repair instead of buying.

        Fantastic service! Had an issue with my Samsung TV. I called Universal Electronics and he came to my house and told me that the Main Board was bad, and that he would order a part which will come in two days. He came back and replaced the main board. I have had the T.V for 5 years now and it has had no other issues! I would definitely recommend.

        Mr. Eidizadeh came to my house after three cancellations. I was promised same day but at the last minute could not respond. Then was promised that Monday , again could not make it. Did come the third day, did not bring the right part, understood under the agreement I had to pay $45. He said he would call when the part came in. After a week I called and was told the part was on back order. ! month later still no phone call.

        At 11am I called Universal Electronics to repair a TV I had purchased about 6 years ago. He said he would visit our home by 2pm to take a look. THE SAME DAY! Although he didn't make it by 2pm, he kept in contact and showed up around 5pm. The TV was diagnosed, parts ordered within 1/2 hour. Great Service. The cost of the parts and service to repair was expensive but nothing compared to buying another TV

        My old tv was broken and i called universal electronics and he came on time, fixed the tv, and left. I recommend universal electronics for tv repair.
