The Benson, a Coast Hotel

i work in a hotel in las vegas nv. and there is a set standard you must use for a great level of customer service. i called to ask the front desk questions about the hotel and get a rough idea for coming out there. The lady answered that answered the phone was so rude, she refused to answer my questions, telling me i was strange. That girl should never speak to people that way. She had no idea who she was speaking too. i was a guest and i will never stay with them ever !!!!

You are deep in mahagony when you enter this hotel, and also deep in history. The whole lobby is elegantly appointed and the service is great, the ceilings high, and the ambiance stately. Many US presidents have stayed there. A great place to take guests from out of town.

Old Portland where the famous have stayed! Can't miss with this one!

Yes, it's expensive. Yes, it's worth it. Great customer service, luxury at it's finest - a great indulgence. If you want the "full meal deal" this is it - done first class.
