The staff are respectful on the phone however they could care less. They don't care to talk to people on the phone and it's almost like there too good. I have been in the public work for years. The way these staff carry them self and act towards the citizens are unreal. Are taxes do pay for there salaries right. My suggestion is hire people that want to do that job if not I see my self never having a package deliver through USPS .......oh and the whole leaving at door step and not ringing the bell come on ....

Have mail in the mailbox, that needs to get picked up, but my mail man decides apparently that it's not a urgent matter. When I call, 'oh, we will send someone back to pick it up'.

Get home at 10 pm, what a surprise my mail is still there..

I guess I can go drop it off in the morning, and give them a piece of my mind, which is not going to be pretty

Terrible service. My (correctly addressed) package was marked as undeliverable and I never got a call or notice. Also went to the mailbox Saturday and the mail guy told me to many people scamming the post office so he wouldnt deliver the package even if he knew who the person was.as i look at the reveiws for this post office there all bad and all this year How is this permissible?

The carrier for my route regularly decides to simply not deliver mail on our street sometimes. I've called to complain more than once. Sometimes I get the postmaster and he's helpful. Other times I get a clerk who makes lame excuses. Sometimes nobody answers at all. How is this permissible?

Terrible service. My (correctly addressed) package was marked as undeliverable and I never got a call or notice. Had to check online. Then called the post office on a working day during work hours, never answered. Then called the next day and they left me on hold till closing.
Called the following day asking where my package was, and without asking for tracking info, the person asume it was sent back to the sender.

Said my package was delivered Saturday. I wonder where because it wasn't delivered to my house.

Can't get a package delivered...Will not help in tracking....getting a po box in another town...

SENT MY PACKAGE BACK TO HOUSTON ???? NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER BEEN WAITING 4 WEEKS
