        Overall

        Greatly disappointed in this business. Will go to Sam’s Club next time! Got there at 6:50 to be first customer. Told one hour wait. Went to breakfast returning 90 minutes later told two guys were working on it. About that time one meandered into the lobby for his coffee break. Finally out of there after 9:00. First and last time there!

        Not impressed. Needed a bearing replacement and had to return the car for a noise that started from the a bent dust shield. Two weeks later another noise started from the same wheel, come to find out (from another mechanic) that they didn't re-assemble my brakes correctly. Going somewhere else from now on.

        I bought tires there and you get free rotation. Every time I would bring it in for that or front end alinement they would do stuff like not tighten a lug nut and it would fall off, put a lug nut on that did not match the set with my custom wheels, or loose the chrome valve stem caps. They would always fix the mistakes, but why not do it right the first time.

        Just wanted to say Thank You for your great service!! Took my daughters car to Rabin Tire for 2 tires and to find out why it was pulling on the front end. They put 2 tires on and did a alignment,we picked up the car and it still had the pull on the front end, took the car back and they said oh your rack and pinion is bad an additional 500 bucks told my daughter to get a second opinion so she brought the car to you with the thought of having to have that fixed and your Mechanic Buck Took Great care of my Daughter and told her it was not the rack and pinion but it was only the ball joint and in such bad shape that it was actually dangerous for her to be driving the car. Your Mechanic was not only very nice but new his job very well!! Thanks so much for NOT taking advantage of a young girl as Rabin did!! I will tell everyone I know of the great service we had with your great staff!!! Merry Christmas!!!!!!
