I took my car to maverick glass to repair a rock chip in the front driver side of my windshield. Now it is cracking in three different places and they told us to bring it back in because it has a warranty still. When we get there they say there is nothing they can do to it except replace the windshield and we can get a small discount on replacing the whole windshield, which would still cost us a lot. They should have honored their guarantee and either fixed it or gave me my money back because I paid $35 dollars to repair it and now I just wasted my money and my windshield is still damaged. I would never use this company and they don't stand by their word or advertisement.

Do not use them!

I was charged $210 for a side window to be fixed on my truck, not only was it not fixed they told me there was nothing they can do about it.

I took my 2002 Lexus ES300 to have a air leak fixed on the bottom of my windshield near the dash. The guy finds the air leak and tells me he can seal it. So the guy seals it and i pay $30 and i get 2 blocks down the road and it still has an air leak. So i take it back to him to have it fixed and so they seal it again and i get 2 blocks down the road and turn around and tell them it still has a air leak and my windshield is smeared up so bad i can't even see out the windshield.. I can hear air blowing inside the cabin of my car through the windshield. He tells me that the windshield will have to be removed and resealed. So i make an appointment to have the windshield taken out and put back in which is $75. I get home and my wiper blades are not adjusted correctly and are wiping wrong. They put so much sealer on my windshield that it was running down my firewall and onto the ground. I was so disgusted with what they did that i called them and told him i am canceling my appointment with them and that i do not trust them to do the service. He didn't seem to care in the least bit about my car and acted like his company is doing so well that i don't matter. I was treated awful. Not only were they going to charge me $30 to seal something that did not fix the problem but another $75 to take my windshield out and put it back in. He said it would cost more if they broke my windshield while trying to take it out and put it back in. So $105 for this mess. I was so mad that i wanted to warn others of their service. I took my car to the Lexus dealership to have my windshield repaired. Lexus was shocked to see how much sealer they packed on my car. It was caked all over my windshield wiper motor and all over the firewall. Lexus dealership had to clean up the mess Maverick Glass made. I do not recommend Maverick Glass. When i returned the second time all of them just pretended i wasn't standing in the middle of their business and just ignored me until i said something to them. I was polite, nice and was very friendly and this is how they treated me.

In 2007, I took my grandmother's car to Maverick Glass to have the windshield replaced. After replacement, they hit it with a large truck, buckling the hood. After repairs and delivering the car to my grandmother, the head gaskets blew. Her mechanic found the radiator was not getting coolant to the engine and there was a milky white liquid in it, perhaps suggesting the use of leak stop. The five arguments that the owner has for not paying the amount I paid for the car ($1350) or the value of the car 1)He put $1,800 repairs in the car (yet it was not repaired properly) 2)It was an old radiator (which worked fine until his employee backed into it with a very large truck) 3)The radiator held pressure (probably due to the stop leak grandmother's mechanic found) 4)A mechanic and his lawyer told him its not his fault. That mechanic has since rescinded that statement upon learning the car was smashed not bumped. 5) I should be suing the radiator company they took it to.
