Had a contract with this company to put a metal roof on my house. Wanted to make change to the contract. He left the job and would not return my calls or answer my messages. Finally left him a message that if he did not return my calls I was going to contact BBB. He called then with a real atttitude and would not come back to finish the job. Not professional at all when handling my contract.

This man refinished my wood floors. When he got through my floors were all colors. parts were shiny and parts had a flat finish. He told me he would come back and redo them. He never returned and would not answer my calls or return my messages.I contacted Missouri Better Business Bureau. He told them he did not know me.I called him at this number and talked to him several times while he was working on my floors. The Mo. BBB said if I did not have a contract with him they could do nothing. If you use him be sure you have a contract because his work is definitely SHODDY.
