Nicole's TLC Cleaning

We've been clients of Nicole's TLC for a year now (weekly cleanings) and couldn't be more pleased. We have had a dedicated team of two highly efficient women who are extremely reliable, hardworking and kind. I've gotten to know them, and I trust them in my home completely - I feel like they treat my home like it's their own in terms of how well they take care of it.



My cleaning team is also extremely communicative with me - we are in regular contact via text message regarding arrival times and any issues in the house. It give me much-needed peace of mind to know that these ladies are in charge at my house especially when I'm not home during a cleaning. If I am home while they're here, they are very accommodating and friendly.



I know that if I have a concern/issue with any area of the house, it would be very easy for me to address with them directly and that it would be resolved quickly.



I also love that this is a local, woman-owned business - the owner, Nicole is wonderful, too. She performed an in-home consultation with me to discuss all of our specific needs as well as the pricing. It was very helpful and allowed me to understand exactly what to expect from each cleaning.



I know from friends and colleagues who use other services that service like this is not "the norm" in our area, therefore I highly recommend this service! A+

During that time, we’ve been very pleased with the cleanliness of our home, their professionalism and their reliability. Nicole, the owner, and our cleaners are very quick to respond to the minimal number of and very minor concerns that we have had over the years. As with any cleaning service, whether it is their first time in your home or just cleaning a new area of the home, in order for them to learn what to clean and do it efficiently and effectively while meeting the customers’ needs and expectations open communication is essential. 7 Years and counting...



Prior to working with Nicole's TLC, we were going through cleaning services every 8-10 months. They all started out fine but the service quickly suffered. Whether it is our standing weekly cleaning or our annual deep clean, the quality of service is consistent and exceptional. The individuals who come to our home are courteous, professional and efficient. And when a new team member is added, Nicole personally ensures that they are up to speed with all of our quirks and requests. It has been an absolute pleasure having Nicole and her staff provide cleaning services for our home.



I would not only recommend Nicole's TLC to all of my family and friends (already have in a number of cases) but I would encourage anyone looking for a home cleaning service to start (and stop) their search right here...

My experience was really poor. When I returned home after they had "cleaned" there was literally quinoa on my dining room floor that we had eaten earlier. It was obvious they didn't do the floors. They also did not do any baseboards or windowsills which was supposed to be included. I called and left a message voicing my concerns and was never responded to. This is one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Look elsewhere!

Horray! After trying many services in the past, Nicole's TLC Cleaning has surpassed my expectations. The quality of service and professional staff is wonderful. Nicole has been very helpful with rescheduling appointments when needed and her knowledge of professional cleaning is amazing. I will continue to refer them to friends and family.

The staff is great and very thoughtful. We have our house cleaned once a week. One time after they had been to our home one of our cats was no where to be found. We looked around inside and out, but no cat, we called our cleaning lady, she assured us, the cat was in the house when she left. Later that evening she actually called us to make sure

we found the cat ( which we had). I thought that was very nice.



I love the cleaning products they us, my house smells so nice and seems to stay cleaning longer then when I cleaned it myself.

I have used Nicole's TLC Cleaning for almost 4 years now. Nicole (the owner) always follows up about the quality of cleaning and is very personable, professional, and friendly. My assigned team is wonderful and honest, they add little special touches without me asking, they always leave a check list after each visit with a nice note. I have recommeded this service to many friends and family and they also are very happy. I also really apprieciate that they use all non-toxic, natural products since I have chilren and pets.
