Petco

I've been going to this store for years but will never set foot in it again. While over the years I have had a wide range of customer experience from not so great to excellent and have always felt it balanced out. We had a grooming appointment for our two dogs. Took off time for work to take them. After sitting there waiting for 30 minutes, we finally tracked someone down to only be informed that the groomer had been fired. The management and staff did not have the decency to even call us to cancel the appointment. This should have been a top priority for the manager of the store to ensure his clients/customers were taken care of and notified. I am beyond words at the incompetence of the manager and staff. I will never set foot in this store again. I will also make sure that I spread the word. Believe it or not, but word of mouth is worth more than thousands of dollars of advertising.

This Petco has an amazing staff who seem to be experienced in all types of pets from fish to reptiles to dog training and grooming. They are always willing to answer all of my questions and go above and beyond when I have problems with my fish tank or questions about the best food for my dogs.

The prices are the highest in the area! Avoid!
