My girlfriend and I rented a duplex from them for 2 years. We had to fix up the whole place because it was trashed when we moved in. If we ever got a week behind on rent the realtor Nigel had someone come by our place when nobody was home and take parts out of the A/C knowing we had 3 kids and a newborn and made us sweat for days on end. Then we paid to have the air ducts cleaned and i told the office about it and Nigel back charged us because the AC guys "messed up the unit". then he had his tech come out and put a new part in it, after that BLACK SOOT was coming from the vents. it was so bad that it ruined some of my belongings, and we all had to breath it in including our newborn. Then we got a roach infestation from the neighbors and i asked if they would be able to fumigate the house. Nigels response was for us to just move out because he refused to do it. This march of 2013 he asked us to pay him $2400 to stop an eviction he put against us and when we paid it he never stopped the eviction process, he said hed just let it "ride out" hence giving an eviction on my record. Then 3 weeks later he sent us a 15 day termination of lease and when we asked why he said HE WAS SELLING THE UNIT! So we moved out and he told us if we cleaned and made his unit nice then hed give our $850 deposit back. Well its been 3 weeks and still no deposit. He said he had to pay our difference on our water bill but if i left a key at the aparrment hed give us $250. I told him id meet him at his office and on 2 different occasions i missed him by "5 minutes". So i called him and asked to meet and he refused. I told him i wouldnt give him the key without an exchange for my money because of how crooked he was. He then told me hed use my deposit to pay a lock smith. What locksmith costs $250 to take a door lock off?? The last time i called he cussed at me and basically told me i was crazy that i thought id get my money. HE STOLE FROM ME AND MY FAMILY, MADE OUR TIME THERE MISERABLE AND IS A COMPLETE A hole. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!! NIGEL IF YOURE READING THIS F YOU!

Run for your life. Don't answer calls... and rent properties that are not theirs. I had to move a 3 bdrm house with a 5 month old baby within 24 hours... oh and thats after they cut off my water and I couldnt bathe or feed my daughter (boil water... her bottles... etc). These people are heartless and don't deserve to be in business.

They are very unprofessional!!!! They will do anything in their power to get your money, and then they'll stop answering you phone calls!! Its NOT WORTH IT!! My hand before god i promise you WILL be so upset!!
