Dial A Ride Cab Co

I would not recommend this company. They charge outrageous prices for a ride ex: I took a ride to Wal-Mart a couple months ago due to an injury I had and they charged me $20 to go the 1 mile to Wal-Mart and the 1 mile back home. The drivers are extremely rude and impersonal. I had to call several times because the cab was almost 2 hours late and every time I called, my call was taken by what sounded to be a teenage girl. She was very rude and impolite. When the cab finally arrived, it was nasty inside and the driver was extremely rude with me. To make things worse, I have asthma and the driver smoked the whole time. I felt like I was going to suffocate. Needless to say, I will never use their service again. I would rather walk than to be verbally abused by someone.
