DO NOT NOT NOT go here!!! They are very unprofessional. First of all they do not increase the intensity on the machine. So you spend your money and do not have any progression. I had to call about 3 times to get a supervisor to call me.

I have accommodated my schedule on a couple occasions to reschedule my appointments when they needed me to. However for the first time I needed to reschedule my appoinment because I as well work with a patients and needed to stay a bit late to help them. When I called to reschedule my appoinment to front office girl wanted to charge me the $25.00 cancelation fee.

I told her that I will not return to a facility that doesn't unstand the needs and compation of their patients.

Those policies are put in place for people who abuse and don't respect a facility/Doctor's time.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are in the business to just take your money.
