Overall

My family had heard about this place through one of our friends that has a son that works there. He's a great kid and really spoke highly of working there, so we decided to try it out on a Sunday afternoon. Our friend's son said to check out the website beforehand to buy tickets and fill out waivers. We went ahead and visited the website and found that it was a breeze to purchase tickets ahead of time and fill out our waivers. The waiver process was simple since the instructions are right there for you to follow. Also, the ticketing part of the website said to be there 30 minutes ahead of time to check in, and I am really glad we followed instructions because it was a bit chaotic when we got there. Once we got through the check-in process, then we got a rules talk that was very easy for my daughter to understand. Other reviewers have commented about not having a lot of places to jump, but when it's busy like it was when we went, then I can understand wanting to keep everyone safe. We actually went a step further and asked one of the staff members up front after we were done about maybe a slower time to come, and they proceeded to tell us about some other times throughout the week. This experience was a wonderful one for my family, and we will heed the advice of the experienced staff on when to come next time. BTW, my daughter is four since I know there were some comments about age limitations.

Fun for the whole family! Great workout too!

My family and I love Sky Zone! It's a great place for people of all ages to get out, have fun and do something active together! Make sure that if you bring kiddos with you that are not yours that you have mom or dad complete the jump waiver. Once the jump waiver is verified it is kept on file for a year. Be sure to pre-purchase your tickets online so that you don't have to worry about them being sold out of jump times. The safety of my kids is always my biggest concern, so I appreciate all their rules for participation and their enforcement! I've heard great things about their birthday parties so we're looking forward to having our son's birthday there this fall!

Overall

I went here the first time to check it out as an option for a birthday party for my soon to be 4 year old. The staff was very friendly, showed me around and told me it would be great for her age and toddlers who would be coming to the party. I thought the cost for a party seemed a bit pricey - but fun enough to be worth it - so we decided to go back the next day to actually try it to make sure I was right. It was me, my 3 year old, and my one year old. They charged full price for all of us -- even for my one year old can't even jump yet. It was just under $30 for only 3 people for a 30 minute jump time. Wowzers. I thought the kids would have fun and the foam pit looked like a blast for them, so I paid it. Getting shoes, putting on the shoes, having to listen to the orientation/rules cut into our 30 minute jump time. By the time we were done with orientation, my daughter was anxious to go do the foam pit. We got there and were told only one person can be on the trampoline at a time (there are 3 side by side 6 feet by 4 feet trampolines in the foam pit area). Try telling that to a 3 year old and 1 year old. On top of that, we had to wait in line because there were other people doing the foam pit. All this waiting also cut into our jump time. Once a jumper jumped into the foam pit, each taking turns, they couldn't even play in there. They had to get out so the next person could have a turn. The foam pit was really wide and deep so I asked if we could go in a back corner and just play in the pit far enough away from were any jumpers could not reach us. The answer was no. So instead of wasting precious time waiting again and again for a chance for my kids to jump in the pit and then immediately being told they had to get out, I made them move to the large trampoline area that consisted of dozens of those 6x4 trampolines all connected together. I was not allowed to jump with my 1 year old in my arms. I was not allowed to be in the same square as my 3 year old. I could only be on the same square as my 1 year old if my feet never left the ground. My 3 year old and 1 year old were once again not allowed to jump on the same square. There were sooooo many rules. We signed a waiver so I'm not sure why the rules are so overkill. Dodgeball goes on at other courts within Skyzone and I would think that would be more of a legal liability to allow Dodgeball than to allow a mother and her little kids to jump together. It was ridiculous. It seemed like every 5 seconds I had to tell my daughter to get off her brother's square and it seemed like every step we took they were whistling at us even though I was bending over backwards to make sure we followed the rules. It was not fun. I was led to believe again and again by staff that toddlers would have a lot of fun here. I felt like we were just in the way of older jumpers and were even asked by staff to move to the far corner of the large trampoline so that we would not be in other people's ways. It was way overpriced for what we got in just 30 minutes, much of which was eaten up by nonsensical things. We will not be having our party here and we will not be going back.

Plan ahead!!

3/10/13 we bought our tickets online and filled out the wavers for almost everyone in our party before we got there. This was our first time there and we had 9 people jumping for my sons birthday. I brought a cake because it said online that was ok but was informed when we arrived that you can only bring a cake if you have reserved a party room because the cafe only has 4 small tables. The same girl who told us this gave us a wavier for the others in our group then disappeared. We didn't know what to do next so I approached one of the 6 teenagers running the place and asked what we were supposed to do next, we then had to get shoes but the bleachers were reserved for a party and there were only 2 benches to sit on and they were full so we had to sit on the floor. Then we had to pay for lockers for our coats, shoes, and purses. By this time it was 17 minutes past our jump time and we still didn't know where to go. I had to speak to MGT. Which was a guy no older than 23 but he was very nice and gave us the next jump time so we could go for the full time. Jumping was very fun but all 6 kids (ages 8-12) were all exhausted after 20 minutes and were done jumping, I was really glad we only bought 30 minutes.

This place is very loud, very busy and not user friendly ( inexperienced staff, no seating, not enough tables in cafe, ect) but jumping is fun!
