Katie's Professional Dog Grooming Service

Horrible experience! I called to make an appointment for my 4 month old Mini Schnauzer and asked about pricing and what shots were required. The woman advised bordetella was required and I told her my puppy received two of those from the breeder's vet and gave her the dates. She assured me that was fine and just to bring his shot record. I arrived and provided my shot record, my pup completed his puppy series and is up to date. This nasty woman comes to scrutinize my records and calls my vet and I hear her say "SUPPOSEDLY, she got shots at the breeder". And even though the stickers from the shots were next to each shot with the dates this woman acted like I was lying. At this point I advised her that I did not appreciate her saying that my dog "supposedly" had shots and that I told the front desk woman before we booked the appointment what he had and when. She didn't apologize and continued to act like I was a liar. She smirked and laughed as we left. Steer clear of Katie's.

We've used Katie's grooming service several times in the last 6 months and I have nothing but fabulous things to say! Our Saint Bernard always comes home looking great. Katie's always has appointments available within a reasonable amount of time. The staff are all very kind and accommodating. I've referred friends and they've also had similar experiences. Coming from a dog-mama who has tried many groomers, I highly recommend Katie's!

I loved Katie's and so did my minature schnauzer. We have been trying to find a groomer that we would be comfortable with for nearly 2 years and I finally feel like we have. The ladies that work there all seemed nice and personable with me and my dog not to mention his cut looked great. If you are reading this review in hopes of making a choice on where to take your pet, choose Katie's.

We love Katie and we too can not imagine anyone being unhappy with she or her staff. They let us stay and watch as they groomed our little maltipoo. I had taken in a picture of how I wanted her to look. Katie did an excellent job. She also was very helpful with her knowledge of nutrition for dogs. We asked for a recommendation about veterinarians in this area. I highly recommend Katie's Grooming to everyone.

Both of my dogs go to Katie and always had excellent service. I can't believe there would be any complaints. She does a wonderful job and the dogs always look great and if not they will correct if you have any concerns. We drive from Brownsburg because I have tried several other groomers closer and she is the best. Would recommend Katie's Dog grooming to anyone.

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. My poor baby Maggie was nicked in a couple spots and shaved to the skin with dull clippers resulting in razor burn all over her belly (oozing). They told us she had a tumor on her neck, but actually her skin was just so swollen from their care of her. I've had 3 poodles over the past 17 years and have never encountered this experience with any groomer and we've used lots over the years. Katie's was not really concerned if we came back or not and acted as if the razor burn was no big deal. Well, it was to me and the care of my beloved pet.

My wife dropped off her two poodles here and when I picked them up I noticed how poor the cut was very uneven. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
