J.R's Fast Dry Carpet Cleaning

Unprofessional cleaning and rude over the phone! Quick job and not clean.

Snow outside last night and he came inside with his shoes on and walked all over the rug. This business should be named Sloppy Fast Dry.....It was the "F" job he did for my mom's rug

We have used J.R's twice now. The first time was for our microfiber sectional and the second time for our carpets and stairs. Both times we have been very pleased. We have kids and pets so things can get pretty dirty and both times we had them cleaned we were very happy with the results. Everything dries fast and smells very nice without being to strong. We will be using them again.

I was looking for a few things when I called, I needed someone that day, I needed it to be done in less than an hour and a half, It had to look great, and it had to be dry by 7 that night. It didnt seem like much to ask, but to the 2 other places called that morning, it was! Not to mention the upcharge for an emergency job! I called J.R's, and was pleasantly surprised to get the owner on the phone when I called, he was booked that morning but came over the first part of the afternoon and started the job right away. Ray is a genuinely nice guy who seemed to care what i wanted and didnt try to upsell me from the quote he gave over the phone. The rooms had a nice smell to them and the carpeting turned out great! I waited a few weeks to see if the room my dog spends his time in stayed stain free and 95% of it has. I Honestly have no complaints, I have never used this "dry foam" before, but its great stuff! Give Ray a call, you wont regret it!!

Ray came highly recommended and I know why! First and foremost, he showed up on time which was great. I had quite a few pet stains on my carpet as well as my sofas and he lifted them right up! Everything looked amazing. I'm not sure what the previous guy was talking about. Ray was very courteous, professional, and very friendly. I will definitely be using him again!

I'm a mom of two kids, my kids track in a lot of dirt. He did an excellent job cleaning my carpets and my sofa. Very polite, and very courteous.

that last review: the guy must have had some really dirty carpets. Because mine were dirty and it came out looking great, Ray was on time and was very professional I would definitely call him back his prices were great, and my carpets dry very fast, my friends always use them and Il will call him back again.... thank you Ray

The guy didn't seem like he knew what he was doing, and the carpets did not look that much better. The spots came back the next day. Very Disapointed
