        Beautiful B&B, very dissapointed in lack of personal touch

        My wife and I were celebrating my 50th birthday. We chose a B&B for the personal attention you receive from the owners. Unfortunately this was not the case. When we arrived we were not greated by anyone, just a note that directed us to where we could find the key, and to a phone number we could call for assistance if needed. All weekend we never saw the owners, at breakfast each morning, which was wonderful, we again lacked for the personal touch. On the last day, we met a newly wed couple and they two were very dissapointed. My wife and I have been to many B&B's in our almost 30 years of marriage, but have never left so dissapointed at the lack of personal touch, only to just be handed our bill to square up prior to leaving. We never once were asked how everything was going. Very sad to never be able to recommend this ornate B&B.
