        until today i am still waiting for the flowers that supposed to be here yesterday on my birthday in cayman island, a surprise present from my boyfriend from philippines. I was wondering whats happening, is there any one from this company cares about the value of money and costumer service???? pls if someone cares, pls do something. -Frael May

        We attempted to make the delivery on May 22, but the address given was not correct. Also, we attempted to call the phone number, but there was no answer. We were then given a corrected address by the customer, and the flowers were delivered on May 23rd.

        Absolutely horrible customer service and product service. Ordered flowers for my mother's wake and funeral on a specific date as per the order form then was told by customer service when the funeral service was and the order was delivered a day late. The order came in after the funeral had started and was not the "elegant " option arrangement even though being charged that price. When asked for a resolution for this issue it was never followed up. If you want to be told when you want your order, pay money for what you didn't order, have your delivery a day late and have appealing service then this is the place for you.
