Horrible customer service when they call you to schedule an appointment. Suggest you use anyone other than this company. Did not care in the least that I had not had a refrigerator for nearly a week...told me I had to wait another week before they could see to my problem. Only time frame they would give me was between 8-5 p.m. on day if service. For those who work it's hard to take off a whole day waiting on service call to show up.
