I thought that their service would be very good, having such a long standing service in the valley. When they came out to inspect, I had 3 different people come. One trainer and two trainees. They however, did not inspect my attic as their advertisements stated. I thought this was rather interesting.



Over the course of the year I had to call out the technician 3 different times after she had come to my house to retreat for ants. At no time did she make contact with me on her "scheduled visits". I never knew when she was coming and if she did come, she did not stay longer than 5 minutes. My worst problem was in the back yard with ants, and this is where my pets are. I was most concerned as I had several mounds that kept reappearing and the pets kept getting attacked. Yet I never saw the technician in the back yard at all. When I had them come back to retreat the backyard I had to be the one to point out the mounds.



For the amount of service they charge, it is not worth it. I continued to have issues and their service was horrible.
