Valleywide Sliding Door Repair

On June 12, 2015, they performed services at my residence in Gilbert, AZ. Specifically, they installed a sun screen on my patio door and installed a new tract. This work was a continuation of work performed on May 15, 2015, which included installing new rollers on a patio door and a new door handle.



The cost of the services was $645 which included $350 for the door repairs, $240 for the sun screen and $45 for the door handle. While the invoice reflects $45 for the handle, the installer later verbally mentioned it was $55. In any case, the invoice number 7145 reflects a final charge of $645 which would mean that I was charged $55 for the handle. The bill was paid in two installments. On May 15 I paid $295 and on June 12, 2015 I paid another $405. The latter payment was incorrect and reflected an addition error on my part and the installers. The correct June 12 payment should have been $350 ($645-$295). Hence, I overpaid by $55.



The $55 overpayment was brought to their attention on several occasions and they have failed to make it right. This apparently is not unusual. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org/phoenix/business…)
