I am the happy new owner of Unit #20. I just thought everyone might be interested in something I learned in my purchase process: I had a professional inspection done of my unit before closing. It seemed like my "due diligence," even though I had no reason to expect any result other than flying colors. My inspector found only 5 minor issues that needed addressing, and Joel already had them on his list to fix in the process of finishing the unit. Even better, while waiting for me and my agent to arrive, the inspector went next door to chat with the workmen on the unit next to mine. As a result of what he saw, my inspector said "I watched these guys for a while, and they are doing high quality work rehabbing these places...no short cuts or shoddy products or techniques. Needless to say, I was delighted to hear that, and my hat is off to Joel (The Property Manager) and the Sieger's (The Sellers) for their high standards and great workmanship. I look forward to getting to know my neighb
