        Overall

        The shower that was installed was done incorrectly. The shower pan was only three sided and the membrane had a hole and was not secured in the drain. This led to me. When I called them they laughed, lied and said they would come by and grout it and then refused to answer my calls from then on. I had to replace the whole shower.
