RUN AWAY! We had a water leak so I called Restoration Services. Chuck came out to assess the damages. He was on his cell phone the ENTIRE time, was completely rude to me when I tried to tell him where the water had come in from and even though he didn't do a darn thing- including putting his phone down- he charged me $150! When I called the company to complain, I was told that Chuck is the owner! If this is how the owner of the company treats people, I'd be terrified to find out how their employees act! Don't waste your time or your money on this place! PS- yes, I have a complaint pending with the BBB!
