Chris did a straight forward job of troubleshooting a "open ground" problem. They were careful and methodical in their process. They didn't break anything and their fee was minimal.
They answered the phone promptly, set an appointment for the next day, followed up with a confirmation call and arrived on time.
They typify the term "professional" when it comes to doing business. I will call them without hesitation or shopping for bids when I need an electrician again.

My power went out today when it was around 104 degrees. When I called Haddox and Sons, the owner, Chris, answered and suggested I try a couple things first before telling me he could be here in a couple of hours. Since what he suggested didn't work, I had Chris come out. He had the problem fixed in a very short period of time and gave me an estimate on replacing the whole electrical box since it's so old. I will definitely be calling Haddox and Sons to replace the box and strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs a friendly and professional electrician!

Had a weekend electrical problem. Called Chris on Saturday morning. By Saturday afternoon he had fixed everything. Nice to deal with; price was reasonable. Wouldn't call anyone else!

I used Haddox & Sons several times. Always answers phoneor is promt to return my calls. I felt he gave reasonableestimates and completed the jobs on time. Chris has the knowledge and skills to do a wire job to the extent that I feltsafe with the results.

Told us something behind the meter was melted. Wanted to replace the entire panel. Neglected to tell us he couldn't actually see what was wrong without calling SRP to have them remove the meter, and tried to get us to work with him to have the panel replaced. Our home warranty electrician told us to call SRP. SRP came out, said everything was fine behind the meter, replaced the meter, and that solved our problems. Haddox and Sons charged us 170 USD for their faulty advice. Were they trying to make more money rather than tell us when they couldn't diagnose the issue? You decide.

They do what they say. Return calls, quickly address the problems and fix them in short time at reasonable costs. I would not have any other electrician do my work,.

Yes the holidays were upon us and we had lots of family and friends coming into town to enjoy the great phoenix weather. the only problem is my circuit breaker blew when I was installing some extra Christmas lights. I saw a commercial about Dexknows awhile back so i gave it a shot. I found Haddox & Sons on my Iphone app. It was the holidays and 6:00 on a Saturday night. I needed someone to come immediately as my Christmas party was beginning in less then 2 hours. I called with little hope that someone would answer and sure enough not only did they answer but they made me feel comfortable about the situation and for me not to panic. Within 1 hour I had my power back up. I was so relieved that I asked the technician to join the Christmas party with his family. Since that event, I have used them on several occasions to install new outlets for a new washer/dryer, help with wiring my rooms for ceiling fans etc. This was really a top notch service and I would recommend them to anyone!!! Don and Chris were the both knowledgeable and professional, they worked efficiently and left my Salon cleaner then when they arrived! I could not express how happy I am with the results wish other contractors took tips from them of how to treat customers!
