Agree with luvtogallup. Started home in early Feb. House has now been sitting 3 weeks with nothing happening. Getting supervisor Ric to communicate is very difficult. Have contacted main office in Washington several times and don't get much satisfaction there either. Yet we are expected to pay draws and get out part of the work done quickly so they can continue to do nothing. Would not, and will not, recommend this company to anyone.

I would not recommend this company at all!! They are slow slow in finishing a job, no communication between the job foreman and contracted party promise you everything and deliver nothing!! They started our 1068 sq ft home the middle of January and are not even close to being finished. There are weeks in between progress need to stay after them or it will not get done!!

I found Fairway Homes West while shopping for a quality custom home builder in 2013, & I'm sure glad I ran across this company. Fairway built my new 2756 s/f custom home exactly the way they had said... A high quality, maximum energy effeciency home built in a timely fashion & most importantly, for less than my desired budget of $250,000. I can't say enough good things about this company and all of their dedicated employees that helped me along every step of the process. I absolutely LOVE my new Fairway Home & will for the rest of my life... Of this I am sure ;-)
