If i could give 0 i whould , we always go to this scrap yard and theres always somenthing ,fist problem we had was about heavy metal they pay us only 10 for over 1000 pounds when it was suppose to be 10$ for every 100 pounds and told us it was colored somenthing, i cant remember right now , but we have been scraping for a year and we know how to check them and make sure they are what they are you know , the secomd problem was we took brass about , they only pay us 5 for about 50 pounds of brass andim talking about 6-7 month about when the scrap wasnt this bad payd , and today we where there at 4:20 and they took the light meral , and then we came back to the scale for the heavy he wheigh us n when we came back to weight he was really rude to my husband and make us pick up the heavy coz he sayd whe had to let him know , she no problem we went back got the heavy metal and came back to the scale and and my husband got up to told him to to check the heavy out now n he told my husband this word "IM NOT RAKING YOUR FU...IN METAL" i was in the car and i ear every single word he said, that was just rude , i had my kids in the car , than after all that whe when at exactly 4:31for tye aluminum and he said nop you shoul have been on the scale by 4:30 really ? Whe come all the way from delawere county and you wont let us weight just becouse we where one minute late , thats it , we qre not coming back to this scrap yard anu more , the owner should have a class for them on how to treat custumers and how to do their job right , theres only one guy we have never had a problem with at all , n irts really nice , always says hello , n bye , n is the guy who operates the machine to thake the big boxes to the right place no metter if is raining snowing he never complains, they need more employer like him.

Wonderful place to take your scrap and sale! The hours are very convenient. The staffs are knowledgeable and courteous. If you do not know what kind of metals you have, just ask, and they will be glad to assist you with any nonferrous and ferrous that you have. Please also understand that they are a very busy yard and be patient with them if it seems overwhelming. I have been selling my metals to Rhino for over a year and have been to ALL the rest in that area, but find Rhino to be the most accommodating, convenient, friendliest, place to recycle.

Imagine spending your entire afternoon separating and breaking down, loading hundreds of pounds of metal into your truck, and showing up with half hour to spare, only to be told they close half hour early. If closing time or last load is before 4:30, their posted hours of operation should clearly state it. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Not recommended.

They help you out alot ...they even let u know when to split a load
