Paul's Draperies

They did my drapery and unlike the quality of drapes we had growing up that just hung up for decades, only after a few years I pulled the cord to close my drapes last night and the entire rod fell on my head. I called the owner just now and not only was he going to charge me to fix them but he was nasty, argued with me, told me if it was a car you'd have to pay for a tune up which I agree to that), talked over me, started yelling at me. Now I'm left with a hole in my ceiling, plastic rods, not even the strong metal rods we had growing up, on the floor. There's a difference between needing a car tune up and "professional" drapes falling. The drapes we had growing up, NEVER JUST FELL OUT OF THE CEILING THEY WERE ADHERED TO THE CEILING FOR DECADES AND WERE METAL, THESE ARE PLASTIC. The company's we had growing up sold quality products, Paul's Draperies 737 S. 4th Street sells junk and horrendous, poor customer service.
