Lulu Ish

Okay I'm going to start off by saying I shop here before and I like it. While I was downtown, I decided to stop in at lulu.ish. I purchase a dress for $65 I didn't really look at the dress because I was still hanging out with my family. So when I got home I decided to hang the dress up that's when I noticed that the dress was damaged so since I got home late I decided to call them the next day which was sunday. I spoke to someone at the store about the situation and she told me to call back when the owner was there. I called back and spoke to the owner and told him that I was going to return the dress he said okay I got to the store and the owner start telling me that I wore the dress and that I was there early in the morning twice and that he was going to pull the footage that he has on his camera to show that I was there and that I was lying. so I showed him the receipt that showed the time I purchased the dress and told him that that was impossible for me to even be down there that early in the morning. but he insisted on lying he couldn't show me the footage because it didn't exist so I call the police and they got involved they couldn't do anything because he is a privately owned business and he didn't hurt me and since he was refusing to give me my money back or exchange the outfit they told me that I would have to take him to small claims court because he's privately owned and they can't really do anything because he didn't hurt me I'm writing this comment because we as african americans always support people that don't support us or have our best interest at heart even if we shopped there a lot I wouldn't you recommend anyone to purchase from this Guy, he's rude and does not up hold his 7 day return policy for the store credit.
