Kicks USA

I walked into this kicks Usa store after searching everywhere for a pair of sneakers i so wanted i was told by the manager at the kicks on cottman (such a wonderful man) that they had them on south street and they would be holding them for me.



I walk into the store and see a bunch of girls playing with the clothing dressing up as men as i stood there for 15 to 20 minutes waiting for assistance no one ever came over to me i walk up to one of the girls names vanessa to my surprise she was the assitant manager to this south street store asked if someone could help me she rudely point to the cashiers counter and said " you can go over there she'll help you" then continued to giggle as i walked away i was so upset at this exprience i left the store without my sneakers and walk down the street and found them for cheaper. This so called ASSISTANT MANAGER (Vanessa) was as rude as all day and if i could i would fire her. the others too. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GO TO SHOP!!
