Brown's Iron Work

Mr. Brown came to my home to put on a basement security door. He was on time, and polite. He did a very good job and I was pleased with his work.

Additional railing was needed on my basement stairs that was to compliment the wrought iron railing that was already there on the first 8 steps of the staircase. I told Mr. Brown I wanted to purchase railing for the 5 steps that were not covered and I wanted it to look exactly like the wrought iron railing I already had there and he assured me he could provide that. What he provided and installed was not the same that was already established on my stairs. Lambs tongue is the the same, unable to fit the door jam molding back into place not forsaking the manner in which the first bracket was welded onto the railing. The touch up paint work left the railing horribly rough and not smooth like the railing that is already there going down the steps. Until this is all corrected, I can't say the workmanship is as good as the wait time was for the railing which was only 1 wk. I'm presently waiting a return call from Mr. Brown when he can come and correct this situation at hand.
