OT Connection

The front staff is wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming. Therapists are terrific w/ my kids.

I have been taking my 3 year old autistic son to OT Connection for almost a year for OT, and recently started Speech Therapy. I love and trust his therapists, and I think it's a great sign that he runs to the door with excitement at each appointment. His progress has been remarkable! I have had a few insurance issues along the way, and the office staff went above and beyond to help resolve the problem by working with my son's provider and the insurance company. Very thankful to have this team of people working with us and for us. Would definitely recommend!

This has been a breath of fresh air!! After so many unanswered questions with regards to where to start and how to help our child...OT Connection has made next steps so easy. After leaving the doctors office with just a prescription in hand, a list of numbers, and no real direction we found OT Connection to be the best phone call we have made! From the initial phone call, check in and check out, their front desk really works as a team! They listened and asked and answered questions from the start. Unsure of what we were doing, those ladies took care of it all. After the evaluation, we were greeted with friendly smiles and walked through getting our child started and what to expect from therapy. Now a few weeks into it, our experience with everyone continues to be great! We love it there!!!

The therapist at OT Connection are terrific. Very well trained and caring. However, on the business side of things OT Connection could be one of the worse run businesses I have ever dealt with. The charges don't add up, the bills received don't add up, the charges to the insurance company don't add up, the items billed to the insurance company that to the best of my knowledge did not occur. The lack of cooperation to discuss issues. The pricing structure and our responsibility we received from OT Connection was completely false information. This is a business that will be reported to the Better Business Bureau etc... I would not recommend to anyone.

Make sure you ask for receipts and review them every visit. And if you can ask for your patient ledger. The copay they collect is more than what you insurance request you to pay and you do not get the money back. They move money around claim to claim. Really shady, dishonest, rude front office manager. Make sure you read other reviews before you commit to them. Overbooked, they rush you, and only want your money.

I have had 2 children go to OT connection. I have been pleased with the work the therapist have done with both my boys. My oldest who was 10 had medicaid and we had no problems with billing or payments except once and we had to wait when we were switching types of medicaid. My youngest who is 2 has regukar insurance. This is where problems came. We were billed out of network for the evaluation of course causing me to pay more out of pocket. I was told it was because of the therapist that was used on the billing but they used the same one on all subsequent visits. Then they started billing me $30.00 for each session and the copay was just $20.00. After pulling my son from OT Connection in March I am still waiting on the refund that is owed me from them. The billing officer says its easier for her to return emails but it hasn't been the case for me, nor has she been able to return messages. If you to take your child to OT Connection make sure you monitor your insurance statements. After I had problems with billing and I did some checking. I went online and read other reviews and the only problem people had was inappropriate billing practices
