Kwik Kar Full Service Kar Wash

I had a great experience, the female manageroffered great customer service and was very attentive with my needs for my car which was a disaster from a camping trip this past weekend. All in all great service and my car looks great. I will definitely be coming back.

Went to get my car detailed and cleaned. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Worst car wash in the world!!!!!!!!!!! unless you like waiting 2 hours for a car wash. not a detail, a car wash.

Are you kidding me? Worst carwash experience I have ever had. Brought my vehicle for a hand wash. Yes a hand wash, pretty simple right? There should be no scratches or scuffs on my vehicle right? Wrong!!! I get called out to go, and do my normal inspection. I get around to the passenger side and I find a 2 foot vertical scratch on my driver side door. I ask the washer what happened...doesn't have a clue? Ask the manager over...he immediately claims it was not something that happened there, I think he may have said that before he even got a good look at it. The "detail manager" was somewhat helpful in hiding the scratch. Chris the manager was absolutely useless and blabbered something as he quickly walked away. So what is my next step? I'll be calling my attorney and seeing what options I have available, because this is definitely not legal and now after logging in and seeing all the negative comments about this place, I know I am not the first. Take a warning from me and save yourself the time and energy I am about to put into recovering the funds from Kwik Kar to fix this scratch!!
