        try them at your own risk

        i had to sell my own home. we had bought a new home and sold ours befor the realiter even talked to us. i spied him shortly after we had decided to buy our new house. he was showing the house behinde us to a couple. the house he was showing was in worse shape, smaller, and priced higher than ours. we went through them for 3 months and they never showed our house wonce. and to top it all off, make sure that they know you are comeing to see them. we walked in on one of the guys watching nasty movies on his computer. we had our 3 year old with us. not very profesional, and only in it for the big money. at least he didnt try to charge us for selling our own house.
