This place is a scam! I found a set I liked online at a good deal. When I messaged the "owner" to double check if the information was accurate, HE said there was a glitch and that the furniture was missing was not in stock and he'd need to double check. I said great, I appreciate it! he never returned my call. Or followed up AFTER i ordered it. Every person I speak to is clueless about the site. Don't waste your money!

WOW! I can't believe others too have been ripped off by this con. How is brad fraser still in business?

I don't even think they're worthy of 1 star as I have been getting the run around for over 4 months with my $800.00 chair that needed service. For the record, I paid $800 for a $200 chair. Originally I purchased from Bradley Home Furnishings living room set, but it had so many flaws and I needed to have the service man out here so many times.

I didn't know much about them except they never struck me as a "show room quality" type store. from all the other reviews i gather this guy works from his garage and drop ships everything. We weren't in a hurry and after a while decided to give bradley home furnishings a chance. We emailed and calledin a couple times and decided to purchased recliner, love seat and sofa with the condition that all be delivered by Thanksgiving 2 1/2 weeks away. The "salesmen" were seemingly doing all that they could to accommodate our wishes. We were promised delivery on time. That was a lie! We received delivery piecemeal... loveseat, no sofa, and recliner was missing end piece. Once we called back for refund, or to attempt a discount for incoinvenience, it was IMPOSSIBLE to reach the owner, brad fraser who weirdly answers the phone as different people. Stay away from bradley home furnishings you have plenty of options and vendors you can trust.
