A to Z Smoke Shop

I went in to AZ Smoke Spot and purchased a water pipe and I went ceramic because I just broke two glass ones the week prior. I had a few bucks I planned on spending at AZ and I admit it wasn't much. Remember I just lost two glass ones so I was on a budget and wanted to save some cash for my next stop. The dispensary across the street and believe you me when I told Juan about my experience and he was as surprised as I was.



After I purchased my new ceramic water pipe and I got home and ready to chill out at the pad and watch some movies etc. and much to my dismay when I pulled out my new piece and attempted to pull up the stem it just broke and I mean broke almost like glass. I've been going to AZ for a while and although I never really had a good enough experience to Yelp about, I didn't have any negative reviews until now. So unfortunately for AZ Smoke Spot in Peoria, I am going to leave a bad review. You might be asking yourself why when it seems they have so many positive reviews. Well I took a few steps prior to even considering leaving this review. I immediately looked for my receipt and couldn't find it, so I called and I got the answering machine and I left a message with my name and a phone number to reach me at. I waited for a call back and after a week I called again and got the voicemail for AZ Smoke Spot again. So I left another message to call me.



After a week and a half or so and when I had time to go in after calling leaving messages I went into AZ Smoke Spot again and waited for some help. Some kid was sitting behind the counter eating and the woman who helped me claimed to be some sort of manager, but immediately referred to another manager when asked the simplest question and pointed to a printed sign on the door that says. All sales final and no returns. I said this happened within hours of my purchase and as the headlights approached the deer look fell upon her face I said. You know retail laws etc.. they kinda supersede your sign within a certain amount of time and the fact that I made a taxable purchase, but hey I'm not an expert so I called a couple. Maricopa County and City of Peoria - they agreed buying a faulty or even dangerous product etc. you get where I'm going with this. "I just wanted an exchange and instead I was shown the sign next to the door on my way out"
