To make a long story short, two days after my consultation w/Dr. Koshe's assistant, I faxed the office to have them fill out 3 forms related to three prescriptions, in order for me to get approval from my insurance. After many, many unanswered calls, when I talked to someone, she told me it would take at least 10 to 12 business days. I waited, called again, was never able to reach anyone, they NEVER returned the calls, I refaxed 2 or 3 times, w/ no success. After a month, they did fax 2 out of the 3 forms. Finally, my husband went there, saw some very rude employee, who told him they would fax the next day. Of course, they didn't not. A few days after, someone by miracle answered my call, said she tried to fax, did not work, I told her to fax right away to my office fax. She did, but... the wrong paper, not the third one I needed. I gave up! they do on purpose, I cannot see another explanation!



The one star is only because of the system requirement, I rather remove any star for the service. and of course, I need to see another specialist as I don't trust them anymore and fear that they could have the same attitude with any tests results I might need.
