King Car Service

I had used their service previously and seemed fine . So I had asked for their service again this year to drop and pick up from JFK . They offer to book ahead for time for return pickup from JFK . My drop was uneventful. But pickup was hopeless , after giving my number , and informing my flight number . I had requested they call my number at my flight arrival. Since I did not receive a call I had to call them , but the taxi service called my international country to report that they have arrived in JFK . Ha,Ha, Ha. The guy who received my details has noted down the number I called from and disregarded my local number which I told him to right down. The country they gave a call to was at 2 am their time ,and they disturbed the other end who knew nothing about these guys ,who give a call at 2 am ..saying taxi is ready for pick up ...are you crazy . In other words these people do not have common sense .so if you arrange for a ride from them be sure they get your information properly ,cause , they are not smart enough to take your details properly. I had to take another taxi from JFK.
