Two Men and A Truck

Dana the manager or owner is rude and has no professionalism. Had a move one single commercial refrigerator requested a lift gate truck . Dispatcher Erica decided to send a regular truck that was a mess . After 2 hours waiting they sent the right truck and a quick move was an all day job. Make sure you pay with a credit card because they also tried to stick me with the additional charges

My Husband and I were very pleased with the service from Two Men And A Truck! The movers we had were very friendly and overall professional. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Men were very polite. Make sure that you have the paperwork and description of your furniture,etc. BEFORE you leave. We insured a valuable piece ( $75,000.00) that Kevin claimed they were capable of moving. They didn't crate it - It was damaged very badly as were many other pieces of our furniture. They called a furniture repairman and decided that he was trying to rip them off - so called another person that took pictures (that were not damaged in my home) and offered to buy one piece from us. They gave us the option of this man fixing our furniture or paying us less than $2,000.00 in damages. We met with the husband of the owner, only to be told that there was "no proof" of our damages because of the paperwork that the men filled out after the fact. At the time, we questioned what we were signing and the men told us they were reporting the damages and condition of the furniture after the move - however, it was the paper that SHOULD have been filled out and signed before the move! - SHAME on the movers who we treated very nicely - gave them a great meal before they left and large tips - even though they broke a valuable piece - This was a large move and it was dark when they left - we didn't notice a lot if the other damages at the time. BEWARE!

My dad moved in Newnan, and the guys from 2 men and a truck were not very good. First of all, they were sooo slow! He only had 2 bedrooms. Several things were scratched. We asked them to place the living room stuff in the garage because his floor wasn't finished yet and they put the TV screen down on the concrete scratching the face of it! I would avoid this moving company.

My experience was great. Everyone, from the office to the movers were great. They were fast, affordable, and incredibly polite. A true pleasure to work with.

I would recommend against using these guys.



1) They scraped a wall in my house and said nothing. I just had the house painted, so now I have to go back to the store, buy additional paint, and paint a significant portion of a hallway again. 2) They damaged my expensive computer desk, manhandling it so badly that its no longer square, meaning that the drawers no longer open and close properly. They also scraped it too. And said nothing. 3) One of the movers was wet and dirty and nearly sat down on a brand new couch! Only direct intervention stopped him. Disrespectful much? I think so.



So basically, the question you need to ask yourself isn't whether you can afford their rates, and they aren't cheap, but can you afford the damage these buffoons will cause?



Hint: The answer should be no.
